Floating Platforms and Doggie Treats

Floating Platforms:

The code for handling floating platforms and one way collisions has been implemented. As of now there are large leaves with polygonal collision detection, but this is subject to change based on the environement of each level.

Doggie Treats:

The coin sprite has been changed into a dog treat sprite. The dinging coin sound has been changed to a crunching eating sound. This will be used for ingame currency at a later date.

New Bushes & Flowers:

Bushes and flowers have been added. I like pretty things.
